Looks like the sign mounts to back of bar or was mounted to it. I wired the gold trim together for more stability when moving it around. Original parts.
Excellent colors very bright with no or little fading. Surface rust on florescent light inside. Two small cracks on right side not front of sign.
Cleaned tobacco tar off sign and rewired plug for safety.

Exceptionally Rare! We love the versatility of this sign. Has the classic 1950's look, but we are not 100% sure of exact age. It could be late 1940's as it does have the color common to that era, but it is not dated.
Vintage 1940s Budweiser beer giant tin sign it is size around 28" tall by 71" long as you can see in the photos it has some condition issues it's 2 pieces sides are rusty as some over all wear it's got great age and patina this is a vintage original sign just found at a local barn this will make a great display for your collection I'm sure if you wipe it down it will be very nice and pop bright it's got good color I have not cleaned it in anyway I'll leave that up to the new owner if you choose to ..would be nice if you make a frame for it also please see photos again hard to find

Vintage Budweiser King Of Bottled Beer Shelf Talker Sign c1940s. Sign measures approximately 17 1/2” * 5 1/2”. Manufactured by W.H.& Fayle Co. Sign has some wear including scratches, marks, dents, paint loss, discoloration, and other wear consistent with age. There are several bends in the letters B and U in Budweiser as well as a couple dents by the words King and Beer. Minor paint loss in the letter F and B of bottled. Up for bid is a 1940's Michelob draught beer sign made by the brewers of Budweiser. It is a beautiful rare reverse painted glass sign in a brass base. This came out of New York City from a bar that was closed in the 1950's. My friend was able to go into the bar for an estate sale when it opened up to the state, and pulled out a couple of really cool signs. This is one of the one's he was willing to part with.
