The Cardinals inducted him into the team Hall of Fame in 2014.Described as a showman and salesman, Busch began using the Clydesdale horse-and-wagon team in 1933, putting them into service to commemorate the end of Prohibition by having a team "haul the first case of Budweiser down Pennsylvania Avenue for delivery to President Franklin D. Roosevelt at the White House". He made their image part of the company logo and had them appear regularly at public events. In May 1975, Busch was forced to step down as CEO and chairman of the company after a boardroom coup led by his son, August Busch III. Eberhard Anheuser (May 19, 1880 - July 29, 1963) known as Ebe, he was son of Adolph and Louise Anheuser and husband of Elinor Siebel. Ebe joined Anheuser-Busch, Inc., St. Louis, in 1896. This is an original pre-prohibition advertising piece. It is undated, but the contents point to an approximate date of circa 1912. The first page gives Adolphus Busch as the current President of the company. He died in 1913. Also, content is focusing on influencing the reader as to the healthiness of beer. They throw hard liquor under the bus, but beer is "recognized by physicians and scientists as the one of the principal promoters of true temperance Beer is also a "moral tonic in the community."
