You are bidding on a brand new in the box from 2001 Budweiser Beer carousel hanging light. Yes this is brand new in the box. The only time it has been taken out of the box was to check to see if it works. I purchased it from the original owner who won it in a golf match many many years ago. He took it out once planning on putting it up and he never did. It still has the original tissue paper on the top of it. This is an extremely rare carousel light in brand new in the box condition. I tested it. It does work. There is not much more than I can say, but this item is beautiful. This is for the serious Budweiser collector who has to have the best of the best. You might never find another one in the box. As you can see, the box has been taped up a few times to make sure it did not fall apart. It would look great in any cave or bar. This rare set from 1986 is still mint in the paper wrapped with the tape still in tact. Also has the original box and paper. I will not open them. Each measures approx 9" high. Constructed of a ceramic type material. Research suggests that there were only 200 sets of these steins manufactured and each were unique and hand painted. If you examine the logos at the bottom front, the one with the pink dress is engraved and marked 1973, where the others say "The". There are also no markings on the bottom of this stein. The one with the yellow dress says "The", which was painted over an engraved 1973. I presume that there were 2 styles manufactured, and instead of painting in the "1973" the word "The" was painted instead. Possibly the workers in Italy were sampling some Anheuser Busch products? Just wanted to make you aware, as I did not notice the error until I examined it closely. The markings on the bottom of the red dress stein are smudged as shown. Again, most likely a factory flaw but I am not an expert. The steins are in good vintage condition, and the only damage or possible factory flaw observed is on the rim of the red dress stein. I took close up pics for your review. Please expect the items to show areas of handling wear, shelf wear, and factory imperfections etc. Please closely examine the pics using the zoom feature for best description. This is an authentic Bud 60s spinning globe in good working order. It has had a replacement motor replaced which is a couple hundred dollars to source. From what I’ve read, there is 60s versions, like this example, and later reproductions. This globe has a city and state imprinted on the side of the carriages and a few other specifics to back up its originality. There’s some scratches and blemishes on the globe face in a few spots but is overall transparent and clean. There’s no cracks on the top or bottom caps and the brass chain is all there. This is a holy grail Bud heavy collectible and is perfect for any bar or man cave. ** Will be padded inside the globe and packed very thoroughly to prevent damage **The ORIGINAL 1960's Carousels were only given to Budweiser ON TAP accounts & are different than all other remakes in the following ways:1.
