This is a very cool and very rare vintage Bud Man advertising figure. He appears to be a form of foam rubber. It could use a light cleaning from being stored for years and has some minor damage / wear from age. It has never been used and was in a box of vintage Budweiser pieces that have been stored since the 70s. It measures 18" tall. Original Bud Man foal doll figure advertising This has been in my family for years. When I was a kid my dad worked for AB and always brought promo items home. I believe it is from the 70s. It has some damage on the right arm and split at the seam on the head. I was going to glue it back together but it looks like they are pretty collectible and didn’t want to mess with anything that may effect its value. If you want to fix it, it would be super easy. It is 18 inches tall. I don’t know how to price it so I’m going to list this way a Buy it Now option and feel free to make an offer for what you think is fair, chances are good I’ll take it. So if ya have a beer collection, especially bud, ya just need this. I folded and taped a lil piece of cardboard when placed under his foot he will even stand up for ya, like the photos, I am asking a bit, but ya just dont find em, and if ya do, they are trash.
In beautiful condition for age. Some foam has hardened. Mostly on arms and legs-feet. The vinyl cape is great shape. The ridged plastic one has cracks around neck edge. Has the installation and assembly instructions. You never see the hard plastic cape or instructions. Has the original Anheuser Bush label on foot. This is a one of a kind piece for any collection. Vintage 1970's Budweiser 18" Bud Man Foam Doll. Good condition. Has small hole on his chin, minor cracking on his shoulders and the back of his legs and the top of his right foot. Does not stand on its own. Lettering on his chest that said BUD MAN is gone, you can see the trace of where it was. Shows some minor cracking if you pres on his nose.
