Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Currently does not rotate or light up, have the t9 soft white 12 in round bulb, ballast, and new switch. Will take offers without installing, but once installed price will go up. Full price now that it works or best offer takes it home. Message to request video of it lighting up amd spinning.
