This is an electric, lighted, rotating Budweiser Beer sign. They all light up and all 3 rotate but one seems to get out of timing, then it hits the middle one. The clock is an original battery powered one but the D size battery case was corroded and it was replaced with a AA battery case, seems to be working ok.
